This matte-black anodised aluminium dosing cup is designed for DF-series single-dose grinder workflows. It sits neatly beneath the chute of the DF54 Coffee Grinder and DF64 Gen 2, helping catch freshly ground coffee and transfer it cleanly into your portafilter or brewer.

For DF54 owners, it provides a durable metal upgrade from the transparent plastic dosing cup supplied with the grinder. Its aluminium construction may also help reduce static cling compared with plastic, helping keep ground coffee more contained during transfer, particularly in dry conditions.

This black aluminium dosing cup is supplied as standard with the DF64 Gen 2. It is also available separately as a replacement, spare or additional dosing cup for DF64 Gen 2 owners.

I was having a lot of trouble with static, it was suggested swapping the original plastic dosing cup would help alleviate this, which it has.

This metal cup is a vast improvement over the standard supplied plastic that exacerbates the issue of accumulated static in DF grinders. From having coffee 'splashed' all over to 99.99% of it remaining in the cup brings me plenty happiness :-)
